Watch UFC 128 Streaming Megavideo - Shogun Vs Jones

UFC 128 Shogun Vs Jones Reviews ,In general, this was a solid show, if it is missing a number of stories. I will give him a score of 8 / 10, where the main event starts up.

The story of the night was obviously climbing by Jon Jones on the light heavyweight throne. It is so good to believe that nobody can beat him on the 205th, but I think we just have to slow down a bit before starting the anointing him the leader of his time. We've all seen how quickly you solved the riddle of Lyoto Machida, and if I think Jones is better, I'm not ready to say he is never going to lose.

First, Jones crush Rashad Evans. That's what we wonder who is beaten after that, but I do not mind seeing a rematch Machida, Rampage for a title shot after both win their fights to come. Good for the UFC is that there are many enemies of the big names to fight Jones before reaching the state of Silva GSP / Anderson.

And by the way, I think the potential for a Superfight with Silva is very thin. Although it is attractive on paper, this would imply Silva moving to 205, which he said that does not permanently, and Jones would have cleaned the division (or at least that one could imagine). As time passes, and if it happens, who knows how old Silva will be, and if they are still unbeaten in the octagon? A lot can happen between now and what is potentially on the road. It's easy to get ahead of ourselves, and do not want to pour cold water on the enthusiasm, because Jones is very, very good. But we'll just take a deep breath and wait for his first title defense, right?

If we look the other important events, there is a ton. Urijah Faber likely to be sealed with the same coach next season opposite Dominick Cruz Ultimate Fighter, which will hopefully feature some high-level bantamweights and featherweight. Eddie Wineland was certainly game, and I think that his takedown defense was much better than Faber, or a lot of people expect. I hope that we will continue to return and great battles.

Jim Miller, was magnificent in his destruction of sustainable Shalorus Kamal, but I'm not in love with Miller as many people. I think it's a good thing that Edgar and Maynard go see it a third time, because it gives the division of time to adjust so you can decide who is the closest competitor is. Then (I suppose), there will be someone in the mix Sherk Guida-Miller-Pettis-Guillard. Maybe. The fact is that it is wrong for the UFC to have time to anoint a new suitor, and would like to see Jim Miller hit someone with some credibility before I go insane.

Disjointeed Some thoughts on the card: Luis Cane is a murderess, when no fight left-handed, Edson Barboza will cause a lot of pain in people, you climb up (and it rises to the top - you heard it here first place), I'm glad Cro Cop is done with the UFC, because I remember the pride of his life and his days with Frank Mir and Brendan Schaub.

Speaking of Schaub, is an incredible athlete, and he has a lot of upside, but it's still missing something. better basis for a game? Tion more robust? I do not know for sure, but I'm still feeling okay with him. Nate Marquardt took care of business, but it's practically all I can say that the battle.

So in summary - Jones looked great, and he is fantastic. But do not go crazy yet.
